Horse Feathers 4-H Club is based out of Waldoboro, Maine and open to children residing in Knox and Lincoln Counties that have interest in equine or poultry projects. Children must be at least 9 years old as of January 1st of this year to participate. Enrollment forms can be found at https://extension.umaine.edu/4h/youth/join/
